I review uols pnye new entry thru Google Reader as usual. Nk mengomen pn x. Seriously rase dh ketinggalan jauh kot. Actually nk sgt get a lots of tips or ideas especially from 2012 punye bride to be. Well, if ade antara uols yg bce this, pls tinggalkn jejak anda diruangan komen or chatbox:-)

I nk DIET, but selalu fail. Bile rase lapar, NASI la menu UTAMA i:-(
I nk skip amek nasi dan gantikn with wholemeal bread. I blum lg pn beli wholemeal bread. Then rase nk beli stok drinking yogurt, cornflakes, EnergyBar,And stok makanan yg leh mengenyangkan i dan jugak TAHAN LAMA tahap kekenyangan tu.
Cakap je, belinye hampeh. Tertangguh-tangguh. Tapi ade hati nk diet bagai. Nasi pun bedal tanpa rase bersalah. Dah mkn br rase #EhMenyesalnya rase. *nanges*
Sejak dari zaman skolah menengah i pernah wat diet Atkins. it absolutely Good. But xtahan lame. As for me DICIPLINE is priority. But as a human being, normal la kita langgar disiplin hny utk memuaskn selera makan ni.
Like some of bloggers yg i pernah stalked blog dia, she great in diet thingy. Really make me soooo inspired to follow like what she doing to lost her weight. But of corse it's need dicipline. And kna KUAT. Nk lg cepat dia berpuase. Bezanya jika kite puase pd bkn bln puase ni, tak smp ke petang perut dh berkeroncong.
Like i said, If nk berpuase, kena byk mkn makanan yg terdiri drpd pmkanan yg tinggi ngn serat,bijirin. Cos it made us full for longer periods. Try it. Lg penting untuk kite berdiet especially yg nk kawen. Try Harder oke. Pesanan utk diri sendri gak.
Hmm, too long lak i bebelkn harinie. Well, thanks a lots cos sudi bce smp abis. Uols mmg gigih:-)
