Please...

Salam dan Selamat Hari ISNIN :)
Ape kabar uols sume?? Especially to b2be sekalian. Mesti bz ngan survey dan jugak preparation for your own wedding. Hmmm, anyway Monday blues again. Asal hari isnin je mulelah bermalas-malasan kan? Biase lah tu. Permulaan hari  mmg cmtu.
By the way hari ni dah 31st Oct, how fast mase berlari kan? Dah end of the month. Esok adalah bulan November. Yes, it’s nov girls. Meaning tak lame lagi dah masuk tahun 2012. Haiisshhh.. kejapnye mase berjalan. Sometime I’m thinking I want to be young again. How about 17 years young forever?
I wish for that. Hehehehehe. I know, I know that impossible. BUT, verangan kan boleh. Tak perlu bayar pun. Just use your imagination. Pffttt… I benci bile tiba tahun baru. Cos I know that my age will bertambah 1 tahun lagi. Then, I malas gile kot nk menjawab soalan-soalan lazim dari orang-orang sekeliling.
U kNow that when we are in engagement stage, soalan WAJIB bakal  ditanya tentulah, Bile nk kawen? Jgn lama-lama sgt tak elok. Cepat lah kawen, tunggu ape lagi? Ala, kawen buat simple-simple je, tak yah membazir. Cepatlah kawen, jgn tunggu lama-lame nanti umo meningkat. And bla..bla…bla.. etc.. hmmm, I know that is normal question kan? BUT, for those yg tak de di peringkat alam pertunangan, uols tak kan tahu what is my feeling right? Yes, I know tak elok tunang lame-lame, or what so and so…. But did you know that actually yg nk kawen tu adalah I ? Diri kita sendiri??? And for me, I still not ready yet, bukan bermaksud nk melambat-lambatkan benda yg baik.
Tapi, if I dah prepared sumenye, of course lah I nk cepatkan lagi majlis ni. BUT,  everybody kena phm yg nk lalui semua ni is my own self. OUR SELF! So, please don’t keep arguing and question me about the same thing. I feel fed up lah. Bukan nk emo atau marah katsini, seriously I  dah pendam lame benda ni, and today I nk share ngan uols especially b2be kat luar sane tu ape yg I rase.

Okeh, let me give uols some reason about my lateness plan to getting married:
- I just working at new company and still not received any confirmation letter because I worked here about almost 2 month.
- I need to be sure that my saving is MORE THAN ENOUGH to buy everything for my own wedding ceremony. I bukan berlagak tak nk terima or mintak bantuan dari my family, but I pun nk bertanggungjawab utk mengeluarkan belanja sendiri for my wedding.
- I think I kena byk belajar about hal rumahtangga ni because I still at the learning process.
- I need a TIME. For me my self to plan all this wedding thingy.
- MOST important thing, I’M A BRIDETOBE ON BUDGET. Please NOTE. End of story.
Hmm, tu jelah kot yg I nk share ngan uols kat luar sane. See, bukan I nk melambat-lambatkan benda baik. KALAU ikutkan I, last year lagi I dah kawen. But, again I have to make sure all things are done properly and ready. I think maybe my mind and instinct still mcm childish. My mom always said that I ni still budak-budak lagi dan tak ready nk kawen. But you know when the time is right and come soon, when u look at those all Childs or babies, your instinct really strong and hati mcm meronta-ronta always think about getting your own baby :) Ini sume pendapat I lah. Tak tahu pun betol ke tak?
So, today I dah share ngan uols the MAIN REASON is about my lateness for getting married. Be prepared is my PRIORITY. For those still tnya I pasal wedding ceremony after this, I will answer with, InsyaAllah, I’m preparing it by my own self now, if everything DONE, I will invite uols and MAKE SURE that I sendiri yg hantar kad undangan  :) With a BIG SMILE.
Hmm, soorrryy for the long entries today. I just sharing my feeling and thought. Please understand me. Thanks for dropping by and read my blog.

Will update later honeyS.

Take care always.

Love, Lurve, and hugs,

neeza

JOM kurus!

8 Foods to HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT tanpa rasa LAPAR!!!

1. Yogurt: This creamy treat is loaded with calcium, and studies show that calcium may fight weight gain by hindering the absorption of fat in your small intestine. Yuck, but yippee!

2. Eggs: Skip the pancakes and start your day with boiled or poached eggs instead. Turns out huevos trump carbs when it comes to helping you feel fuller longer -- and that means fewer snack attacks later in the day.

3. Nuts: Yes, we know, nuts are high in fat. But it's the good kind of fat that your body loves, so pipe down and listen up. Nuts are also full of hunger-curbing protein and fiber, making them the perfect snack or appetizer. Just keep it to a handful, not a bagful.

4. Whole grains: Swap refined grains for whole grains, like brown rice, quinoa, steel-cut oats, whole-grain cereal, and 100% whole-wheat bread and pasta. Research shows this one simple move can help whittle your middle.

5. Avocados: The unsaturated fat in avocados appears to ratchet up levels of leptin, your body's hunger-halting hormone that tells your brain when you're full.

6. Mushrooms: We love this tasty calorie-cutting trick: Use mushrooms instead of meat in your favorite recipes. You'll automatically cut about 400 calories and sidestep red meat's belly-padding, artery-clogging saturated fat. This Portobello "Philly Cheese Steak" Sandwich proves our point nicely.

7. Olive oil: You'll be pleased to know that olive oil contains a secret weapon called oleic acid -- a healthy fat that makes you feel full and helps you put the skids on overeating.

8. Hot red peppers: They're the ultimate evidence that healthy eating doesn't have to be bland. Cayenne, jalapeno, serrano, and other red chili peppers all contain capsaicin, a fiery compound that'll spice up your meals but cool down your appetite.

Good luck ladies outthere :)

MISS you

Salam dan Selamat berhujung minggu dearS :)

So, ape yg kiteorang buat semalam? Memandangkan dia dah dapat gaji, yahuuuu..!!!! Itu lah yg paling seronok sgt! Dia belanja i :) Makan, minum, kira pakej lah kann? Tgk wayang. Haaa, bab ni my fav sgt-sgt.

SATURDAY.

mate rase berat kot nk bangun pagi sgt, so i decided nk bangun kul 11pg. hehehehehe. i bangun pun kul 1130pg kot??? sbb mate berat badan letih. So, pas bangun i cepat-cepat siapkan my laundry, rendam dan sidai. Pastu take a bath for 20-25minute cos i basuh rambut okeh. Then, i bersiap, mekap simple mimple, pastu, kuar dlm kol 12 lebih cmtu. Then, i tunggu my lovelies fiancee dtg pick up i kat dpan condo. After all, perut pun bernyanyi-nyanyi lah kan?

So, port us for yesterday is kat QBM. Yes, QueensbayMall ye. I malas giler nk hadap jem teruk kat tgh town if nk g gurney plaza or shopping mall yg lain. So, the best choice of course la QBM tuh. I mmg suke g sane. Eventhough tak seBEST dan seHEBAT Times Square kat KL, but quite better that nothing right??? So, i lapar dan my tunang pun lapar, so we decided to eat our brunch kat SUBWAY again! theheeee..because my fiancee yg offer kat i. So, i choosed that ONE.

After that, he asked me to choose nk makan what flavours and choosed the topping and etc.. Bla..bla...bla.. after all, i pilih honey oat bread, steak & cheese punye sandwich. Siap pilih yg footlong kau!!! hahahahaha, 12'inch kot?? but we devided into 2. choc's chip cookies = 2pcs, 1 regular cup of soft drink. I choose grape.
Then, makan-makan, pastu i rase mcm tak puas hati kau, nk gak try sume cookies dia. I choose 3 pcs for only RM4. all flavour i pilih except Raisin tu i tak berape suke that why i tak beli. i simpan dalam handbeg. Bajet nk makan petang for teatime lah.

Then, pas kenyang, we go to Maxis centre at LG Floor, Sbb nk cancel sms services yg keep cut my prepaid when i topped up. Actually rimas lah bila jd cmnie, i tak de buat any services at any number pun, tetibe nak potong kredit aku pehal lak kan?? So, after we done with that thing, so my fiancee pun ajak tgk wayang. Yeeeehaaaa!!! cite IN TIME lakonan Justin Timberlake yg hensem lagi OHSEM tu, Bergabung ngan Amanda Seyfried. Cun dan HOT giler body dia... :) I loike it. So, our movie time is at 225pm. Pas beratur panjang, both of us masuk dalam cinema dan tgk movie tu. So, my opinion about this movie, totally 4/5 star. Best sgt sbb jalan cite yg fresh dan lain dari yg lain. Sgt-sgt heaven. Ending part yg i tak expect langsung. So, i enjoy it.

Pas abis movie dalam kul 445pm, tetibe my fiancee tnya mana Manhattan Fish Market. I tnya, u nk makan ke?? ye lah dia jawab. But, what to do, i cannot reject kann??? HARUS lah ikut. Smpai kat situ, kitaorang pun duduk dan just order very - very simple foods. SBB perut i dah penuh gile time tu. i orderkan dia Fish and Chip ( Dory fish ) and Hot Tea. (Earl grey English Tea) - Sedap walaupun first time i cube teh ni. Saiz utk fish and chip tu kitaorang order yg regular. Sharing lah sbb i dah kenyang. So, mmg tip top lah kan fish and chip dia. Enjoyable gile. after about 1/2 hour, kitaorang cepat-cepat kuar dan jalan-jalan lagi. Boring tak tau nk watpe so kitaorang pusing-pusing je area situ smpai kul 640pm. Cos ujan lebat time tu nk kuar mane-mane. Stucked up kat situ je lah.

Bile tgk jam dah dekat kul 7lebih cmtu, ujan pun dah reda, kitaorang pun balik. Then, i singgah jap kat rumah my fiancee bagi kucing makan, yes now my fiancee ade bela anak kucing comel gile nama dia kyky. Heehehehehehe. After that kitaorang g BJ Complex dan end up tak jadi g situ. Just lepak kat kedai makan. Tgk bola. Negeri sembilan VS Terengganu smpai habis. I makan cookies yg i beli kat SUBWAY tu, lemau tu. Habiskan gak lah. Sayang. Pastu my fiancee makan lagi. He eat nasi goreng paprik. AGAIN. Eat, eat, eat. I tak makan. I minum je. Sbelum balik, sempat minum jamu fav i. Segelas i buat.

Pastu dalam kul 1130pm, he sent me back to my home. I arrived home safety and tired. After take a simple bath, this time tak basuh rambut cos dah tgh malam! I lepaking dlm bilik dan about 1am, i tido.. Ha.. ehhhh, lupe nk cite i dah berjaya beli perfume favourite i :) Murah je. Yg pasti baunye LOVELY sgt2. I tak beli pun BODYSHOP punye perfume yg i dok nk sgt tu, Vanilla EDT. Yes, but yg i beli ni lagi BEST. Siap dpt free gift 1 body spray lagi :) Pinky me. Tips for B2B :)

20 Foods To Help You Lose Your Weight :)

BREAKFAST
Don't skip breakfast. A good breakfast is the most crucial part of any healthy weight-loss effort, as it revs up your energy level and metabolism for the full day.

Homemade raisin bran
Description: Mix one cup of Total cereal, a packet of raisins, and 1 cup nonfat milk. This simple home recipe with 244 calories fortifies you with 100 percent of the Daily Value for most vitamins and minerals, boosts your protein intake by 12 grams, and gives you a sweet, natural
fiber and sugar source.
You'll Save: 50 calories, 6 teaspoons of sugar, and 5 grams of fat compared with ready-to-serve raisin bran doused with a cup of 2-percent milk.

Scrambled whites with greens
Description: This low-fat, scrambled-egg alternative provides 54 grams of high-quality dietary protein in just 255 calories. First, spray your frying pan with fat-free Pam. Then pour the equivalent of four servings of Eggology egg whites (or Second Nature or Egg Beaters egg whites) in a bowl and blend with 1/2 cup spinach and 1/2 cup mushrooms. Heat the pan until the Pam starts to bubble, pour in the eggs, and fry until the eggs are nearly dry.
You'll Save: 40 calories, 100 milligrams of cholesterol, and 13 grams of fat compared with two normal scrambled eggs.

Balanced Diet Shake
Description: For something cool, tasty, and nutrient-filled in the morning, try a shake or smoothie. The Balanced Diet nutritional drink provides 180 calories with lots of complex carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals in a naturally flavored French vanilla or chocolate royale. Each serving includes 5 grams of dietary fiber and 10 grams of
soy, or 40 percent of the daily minimum now recommended by the American Heart Association.
You'll Save: 60 calories daily and nearly 6 grams of fat compared with many other similar drinks.

Frozen fruit smoothie
Description: You can prepare your own personal
antioxidant-filled fruit smoothie like the following one that runner Bruce Shapiro used to lose 30 pounds over the last few years. Combine and blend: one cup frozen, unsweetened blueberries; 1/2 banana; 1/4 cup wheat germ; and water.
You'll Save: 200 calories for each 2- to 3-cup serving, compared with many store-bought and canned smoothie beverages.

Toasted plain Lender's Bagel with natural jam
Description: Sure, a frozen bagel can't match a fresh one, but it's easier to obtain for many people, and a little toasting brings it to near perfection. Just spread with your favorite natural jam.
You'll Save: Anywhere from 160 to 360 calories and more than 10 grams of fat compared with similar bagels bought at Dunkin' Donuts and other outlets where the bagels are spread with cream cheese.

LUNCH
Lunch is the second-most-important meal of the day in your weight-loss plan. It boosts your energy level and regulates your metabolism to keep you on an even keel.

Boca Burger Grilled Vegetable burger
Description: This zesty, soy-based vegetarian alternative to the high-saturated-fat American BBQ staple contains hints of zucchini, red-bell pepper, garlic, onion, and even a couple of cheeses. It tastes great and provides a good dose of protein. Add some lettuce, tomato, ketchup, or your other favorite toppings, and you'll hardly notice the difference from the traditional burger.
You'll Save: Up to 180 calories and 19 grams of fat compared with a typically-grilled 3-ounce beef burger.

Alvarado Street sprouted wheat tortilla
Description: It's easy to make your own delicious wrap and save hundreds of calories. With this tasty,
organic, whole-wheat tortilla you'll have no trouble fixing a quick, hearty lunch. Boost your vitamin and mineral intake by loading on a handful of greens, shredded carrots, tomato, and peppers along with grilled chicken, lean meat, turkey, or a bean-based filler.
You'll Save: Anywhere from 50 calories and 5 grams of fat to much more if you customarily buy a commercial wrap drowning in mayo, oily toppings, or greasy chicken.

Subway roast beef sub sandwich
Description: Can't live without meat? You don't have to. Meat is a great source of protein, iron, and several important minerals, and the Subway lean 6-inch roast beef sub contains just 264 calories and 4.5 grams of fat in a meal perfectly balanced with lettuce, tomato, and vegetables.
You'll Save: Nearly 100 calories and 12 grams of fat compared with a tuna salad sub, and more than 20 grams of fat compared with the classic meatball sub.

Health Valley chili
Description: The right soup is always a great part of your weight-loss arsenal. This can of fat-free chili is tasty, easy to prepare, and filled with healthy fiber.
You'll Save: 200 calories and 22 grams of fat compared with other prepared and restaurant chilis.

Tossed salad with croutons instead of salad dressing.
Description: You know that green salads make an important contribution to your day's eating, but you've probably never thought of them as an expression of art and adventure. Here's your chance. Instead of drenching your salads in high-fat dressings, decorate them with croutons, beans, or fruit.
You'll Save: 100 calories and 28 grams of fat when you add 1 ounce of croutons and 1/2 cup of beans, peas, and raisins to your salad in place of 1 ounce of an oil-based dressing. You'll also increase your intake of
iron, folic acid, Vitamin C, and fiber.

MUNCHIES
Everybody has a snack attack at one time or another, and there's no reason to fight it. Research shows that those who snack when hungry eat less later and control their weight better. Just be sure you eat healthy, low-fat snacks such as the ones that follow.

Frozen grapes, blueberries, and/or bananas
Description: Frozen cold sweet fruits are refreshing, satisfying, nutritious, and taste "smooth" or even creamy like many fat-filled desserts. They're easy to store in your freezer, whether store bought or picked-by-you-and-your-family and then frozen. Because of their texture, temperature, and consistency, they taste sweet, and alert your body to stop eating before you've overdone it.
You'll Save: 80 calories when you compare a whole 12-ounce bag of frozen blueberries to a small serving of TCBY frozen yogurt, and 200 calories and 14 grams of fat when you compare a frozen banana with a 1/2 cup of Ben and Jerry's.

Dried papaya, mango, and/or dates
Description: For a sweet taste that mimics a piece of candy, try a dried-fruit snack. Raisins are the most popular, but these papayas, mangos, and dates will provide your daily dose of vitamin C, plus some vitamin A and iron. They require more chewing time than raisins, and will satisfy most people in a smaller quantity than raisins, which are easy to overeat.
You'll Save: 100 to 150 calories for 4 to 6 pieces when compared with a handful of raisins or other dense, sugary foods and candies.

Glenny's Apple Cinnamon Low-Fat Soy Crisps
Description: Available in two-serving bags, these crunchy cinnamon treats will satisfy your sweet tooth while setting you back just 150 calories for 28 crisps. Also available in lightly salted and onion flavor, each bag contains 10 grams of soy protein (The American Heart Association recommends 25 to 50 grams of soy protein each day for
heart health) plus 200 percent of your daily vitamin C need, 20 percent of your iron need, and 10 percent of your calcium need.
You'll Save: 150 calories and 15 grams of fat compared with graham-cracker snack treats.

DINNER
A satisfying dinner will help you avoid a late-night pigout. The best dinners are high in complex carbohydrates, and low in fat. The carbohydrates will help you sleep better, and also fuel your morning workout.

Spaghetti squash
Description: When prepared, the spaghetti squash actually resembles a plate of spaghetti, so you can add all your favorite sauces and toppings. Rich in fluids (about 92.3 percent water), carbohydrates, fiber, potassium, Vitamin C, and pantothenic acid (a B vitamin), spaghetti squash makes an ideal, low-calorie entre that's still filling. (Note: This is not, however, the best way to carbo-load for a
marathon, or resupply your leg muscles after a hard workout. For that, you'll want a traditional plate of pasta, heavy on the spaghetti, and light on the sauces.)
You'll Save: 200 calories compared with 2 cups of wheat spaghetti.

Papadini, hi-protein, pure-lentil bean pasta
Description: This delicious, wheat- and gluten-free pasta has a unique, appealing taste, and shouldn't trouble runners whose stomachs are sensitive to regular pastas. It also has 5 more grams of protein per serving than traditional pasta, and is richer in iron, folic acid, and other B-vitamins necessary for metabolizing carbohydrates, proteins, and fats for energy. When you prepare Papadini pasta as a vegetable primavera, tossed with peas, beans carrots, tomatoes, and corn, you get as much protein as a chicken or steak dinner without the excess fat, cholesterol, and calories.
You'll Save: 20 calories per 2-ounce serving compared with traditional wheat pastas.

Idaho Supreme potato pasta
Description: Here's another wheat- and gluten-free alternative to the real McCoy. Potato-based pasta is a delightful, high-complex-carbohydrate, high-fiber wheat alternative. The Idaho Supreme pasta is made from organic potatoes to help preserve the Vitamin C, calcium, and iron necessary for strong, healthy running.
You'll Save: 20 calories per 2-ounce serving compared with traditional pastas.

Advantage\10 pizza
Description: This delicious pizza alternative featuring grilled vegetables was designed by low-fat health guru Dean Ornish. You can practically eat the whole pie for the same number of calories you get from one or two slices at your local pizzeria.
You'll Save: 250 calories and more than 20 grams of fat compared with most restaurant or supermarket pizzas.

Barbara's Mashed Potatoes
Description: They're not a full meal, of course, but these easy-to-prepare mashed potatoes in a box make a great, high-carbohydrate, low-fat "comfort" dish to go with your meal. Prepare them with nonfat milk, water, a little salt, and nonfat margarine.
You'll Save: 50 calories and 6 grams of fat compared with a 1-cup serving of traditional mashed potatoes.

DESSERT
It's normal and natural to want something sweet after dinner. Especially if you've been training hard. Since chocolate has recently been shown to contain powerful antioxidants, why not indulge a little?

Haagen-Dazs chocolate sorbet
Description: Who ever thought Haagen-Dazs would make it into this article? But it does. This richly chocolate frozen treat manages to taste creamy without containing any fat at all. Sure, it's sugary, but at least you're getting some protein and fiber as well.
You'll Save: 100 calories and 15 grams of fat per serving compared with HD's chocolate fudge ice cream.

Chocolate Dreams cookies
Description: A meringue-type version of the traditional chocolate chip cookie, this one lets you gobble down 5 cookies for under 30 calories and no fat. Bonus: You get two grams of protein as well.
You'll Save: At least 150 calories and 9 grams of fat compared with just 3 regular chocolate chip cookies.

Egg e1312464909157 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
Salivating. That’s the only way to describe me right now. I love to eat breakfast, it’s the best meal of the day as far as I’m concerned. Pancakes, cereal, brunch, eggs, healthy breakfasts, greasy breakfasts, I’m not fussy. My only trouble is what to choose…
If you’ve got a tasty recipe for a breakfast you’ve made in a hostel kitchen, let us know. You could feature in our Backpackers Recipes Guide. Click here for all the info: Backpackers Recipes: #HostelKitchen Approved.
English breakfast 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
1. A full English Breakfast – it must have beans, sausages, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, hash browns and toast. Of course, it should all be knocked back with a cup of tea, but black pudding is optional as far as I’m concerned. Thank you LunaMoth16.
Iran 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
2. Breakfast in Iran – it usually features some sort of naan bread with butter and jam. When a light breakfast just isn’t going to hit the spot Iranians eat halim. Halim is a mixture of wheat, cinnamon, butter and sugar cooked with shredded meat in huge pots. You can eat it hot or cold. You can also see the Iranian version of an omelet here too. Mamnoon ams kamshots.
Cuban coffee and bread 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts

5. Quick Spanish breakfast – Pan a la Catalana, or Pan con Tomate, in Spain is simple but really delicious. Just rub some bread with fresh garlic and plenty of ripe tomato, then drizzle with olive oil and salt. Top with cheese, ham or sausage for an extra bit. Gracias jlatras.
Morocco breakfast1 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
6. A yummy Moroccan breakfast - usually consists of different breads with some chutney, jam, cheese or butter. They have a really delicious crumpet-style bread which they make in huge slabs for you to tear a bit off, and a semolina pancake bread called Baghir – both are really tasty. Barak llahu fik Michael Osmenda.
Hawaii breakfast 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
7. A healthy Hawaiian breakfast – I couldn’t imagine Hawaiians eating anything but fruit to be honest. Of course, there’s the bagel but I’m sure they’d burn the energy from that off in a few minutes on their surf board anyway. Mahalo â nui Kimubert.
Swedish pancakes 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
8. Swedish breakfast – often involves a Swedish pancake, known as a Pannkakor. It’s a thin flat cake made from batter and fried on both sides – much like a crepe. It’s usually served with a sweet, fruity filling. Tack terren in Virginia.
Iceland 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
9. Icelandic breakfast cuisine – a hearty and hot breakfast to fight off the dark, icy mornings is what’s needed here. Hafragrautur, or oatmeal, is served with a sprinkle of brown sugar with a few raisins or nuts on top, perfect. Tack Guðrún Ingimundardóttir from seriouseats.com.

Australian 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
11. Breakfast in Australia – there’s only one crucial ingredient here, Vegemite. Travelling Aussies are often found with a sneaky pot of the sticky, salty brown stuff in their backpack. Brazilian Breakfast 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts

Italiano 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
13. An Italian breakfast – a nation too fabulous for heavy breakfasts me thinks. Or maybe they’re saving themselves for a big cheesy pizza lunch and a pesto pasta dinner? (Although there’s nothing wrong with having them for breakfast you know) Either way an Italian eats on the run with a ‘cappuccino e cornetto’ aka a cappuccino and croissant. Grazie blog.libero.it.
Welsh rarebit1 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
14. A Welsh breakfast – errrm is it just me or is that cheesy toast flashing me a smile? Welsh Rarebit aka cheese on toast is a truly, truly delicious breakfast. Just the sight of that bubbling cheese makes me want to smother it in Worcestershire Sauce and chow down, mmmmm. Anyway, 36 left, must dash… Diolch yn fawr Remy Sharp.
Danish breakfast 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
15. Breakfast in Denmark - top marks for presentation here. On a Dane’s breakfast plate you’ll often find rye bread, cheeses, salami, ham, pâté, honey, jam and sometimes even thin ‘plates’ of chocolate. It came as a bit of a shock to me but my research has shown that bacon is not actually that popular! Dun dun durrrh. How can this be? Apparently they send in all to the UK. Tak adactico.
Philippines e1312474301538 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
16. A Philippines breakfast – it’s all about the local fruits here. Mangoes are popular fare to keep you regular. As for keeping your energy up rice is the top choice, or the little sausages, known as longganisa, you can see above. When fried with salt and garlic cloves it’s known as sinangag. The sinangag is then combined with eggs, meats and beans and bob’s your uncle, fanny’s your aunt, a delicious Philippine breakfast is born. Salamat Supafly.
Alaska breakfast 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
17. An Alaskan breakfast – featuring reindeer meat and an egg nestled on a pancake. Poor old Rudolph, he won’t be able to join in any reindeer games now, will he? Qaĝaasakung adactio.
German1 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
18. A traditional German breakfast – wursts, local cheeses and freshly baked bread is the normal fare for a German breakfast. All washed back with a delicious coffee. Guten tag withassociates
amerifca 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
19. The famous American breakfast - home made thick pancakes with syrup and blueberries, topped off with a few rashers of bacon. Anyone not wishing for a coronary usually opts for a bowl of muesli, so I’m told. Pancakes all the way for me! Thanks JenCooks.
French breakfast 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
20. The French breakfast – ah, le croissant, le croissant, how I love le croissant! Pack them with crushed almonds, butter, chocolate or cream, they always taste good. Thanks Pierre Oliver.
indian breakfast 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
21. Breakfast in India – here we have rosemary roasted potatoes, Indian tofu scramble, lentils, veggie sausage and banana pepper toast. Breakfast cuisine in India varies hugely depending on the region but if you think of your Indian breakfast somewhere along these lines, you would be correct. Shukriya arvindgrover.
Scottish breakfast 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
22. A hearty Scottish breakfast - much like a full English and a full Irish, but the country’s USP is the ‘sumptuous’ slab of haggis served alongside every fat-fried egg. Don’t know what haggis is? Scroll down quick if your animal eating habits err on the queasy side. It’s sheep’s heart, liver and lungs minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, salt and stock... Thenk ye david.nikonvscanon.
Thai breakfast 50 of the World’s Best Breakfasts
23. Thailand’s breakfast offering – you’ll find this dish at stalls throughout Thailand. It’s a minty spicy fish with a sweet & spicy pork, served with rice.
